Pneuma was established in in 1987, registered as an entity in 2002, and started developing a specialised training Model which was launched in 2005

Full Time Courses

We offer intensive full-time courses only – this way, 3-5 years of training is compressed into 2 years of intensive dedication from learners and also from mentors and trainers/coaches, with a proven track record of 90-95% placement of our graduates.

The Bigger Picture

To empower Historically Disadvantaged South Africans (HDSAs) with international-level skills required in order to transform the industry and their own lives, using the Model with the utilisation of ISO-9001/2008 for SETA accreditation, to ensure standardised and consistent training throughout.
