Super Artisan

Our Super Artisans holds at least two trades but up to five skill sets (Design, Sculpturing/Carving, Goldsmithing, Gemstone Setting and Engraving) The skills they acquire at Pneuma Academy of Excellence makes them highly employable.

Gainful Employment

As a training and manufacturing facility, we currently have the highest placement rate in the country, with over 90% of graduates placed into gainful employment.

The PAE Training Model

The Academy uses an in-house specially-designed Training Model that has proven to be highly effective. This Model was designed by Master Jewellers with 90-years’ combined experience in the industry. This Model has formalised, up-ramping the up-take of young HDSA learners and job seekers, for effective on-the-job experiential training in Jewellery Manufacturing, with final outcome being the creation of highly-employable artisans – current (confirmed) industry up-take rate of our graduates is 90%-95%.
