The Academy uses an in-house specially-designed Training Model that has proven to be highly effective. This Model was designed by Master Jewellers with 90-years’ combined experience in the industry. This Model has formalised, up-ramping the up-take of young HDSA learners and job seekers, for effective on-the-job experiential training in Jewellery Manufacturing, with final outcome being the creation of highly-employable artisans – current (confirmed) industry up-take rate of our graduates is 90%-95%.
